Some companies offer a "No fix no fee service", why dont you offer this service?

At Ugeek we will do a full investigation to see if there is a possibility of repairing your laptop. We will not just spend 2 minutes taking a "quick look"

Can you repair my laptop or PC?

Usually we can repair all machines, however if a machine is beyond economical repair, or we deem that the machine will no be reliable, we will not carry out a repair

Do you deal only with laptops?

NO - we can repair all PC, laptop and servers

Do you deal with Apple Mac’s?

YES - we repair apple MACS

Do you deal with networking?

YES - we can install and fix wired and wirekess networks

Do you replace any type of Laptop screens?

YES - As long as the screens are still made - we can supply and fit them

Do you repair missing / broken keyboard keys?

YES - we can replace faulty keyboards

I would like to upgrade the memory on my laptop or Pc, can you help me?

YES - please send us manufacturer, model and we will give you the optiosn

I’ve recently bought a wireless enabled laptop, can you help me connect it up?

YES - We can set wireless up for you, and visit your hme to set up the wireless network

Can you transfer my files from my old machine to my new machine and how long will it take?

YES - time depends on the amount of data and the speed of your hard drive

What is the turn around time for repairing my laptop?

93% of our repairs are done the same day. If we have to order parts it can take 24 hours longer

Can I just buy a part from you?

NO - as our feedback tells us clients would rather arrange there own delivery or drop off in person

YES - we ensure all data is safe before repairing

What do you do with my data after the PC / laptop is repaired and handed back to me?
