2. Complete the Laptop repair form and print off or email to info@ugeek.co.uk
3. Laptop dropped off at Ugeek repair Centre - with power lead and all passwords
4. Ugeek repair to the highest standard
5. Ugeek will telephone you to arrange a suitable time for you to collect
6. Payment is made by cheque, credit card, debit card or cash
7. You take your repaired machine home
